Fragrance-Free, Rosin-Free, Hypoallergenic
Three of the most common reasons skin reacts to a wax service are fragrance, rosin and the wax itself. Pink Pearl removes the first two from the equation: no added fragrance, and no rosin — the pine-derived resin most hard waxes rely on for tack, and a recognised contact allergen. Grip comes from a hypoallergenic synthetic film instead.
That makes it the formula for the bikini line, underarms and any area where a client has reacted before. And it still grips properly across fine to coarse hair — gentle on the skin is not the same as weak on the hair.
The Backup for Reactive Clients
This kit is deliberately small. It is not a full setup — it is 1.1 LB of the right wax plus the care products either side, sitting on the backbar until the client who needs it books in. If sensitive-skin work is a regular part of your menu, Pink Pearl comes in 2.5 LB and 30 LB bags.
Its opposite number is the Black Label Coarse Hair Wax Kit. Between the two you are covered at both ends — the most reactive client and the most stubborn hair.
How to Use
- Prep the skin with Aloe Comfort Pre-Wax Lotion on clean, dry skin.
- Melt the Pink Pearl beads in your warmer to a honey-like consistency.
- Test the temperature, and patch test any client you have not waxed before.
- Apply in the direction of growth, let the wax set, hold the skin taut and pull against the growth.
- Finish with Orchid Renewal After-Wax Lotion.
