Look at the top of the page. When you're in your PRO account, the logo says WAX WAX PRO and the tab next to it says How to use your PRO account.
Still seeing "Apply for Pro Pricing"? You're logged out, or you logged in with a different email than the one you applied with.
PRO pricing on hard wax starts at 10 lb. There's no 10 lb bag, so 10 lb means 4 bags of 2.5 lb of the same formula. Set the quantity to 4 and the price of every bag drops.
You can see it before you add anything. Open any hard wax, choose the 2.5 lb or 30 lb size, and look for Volume pricing available under the price. It lists the price for each quantity. Volume pricing only applies to those two sizes.
PRO price. You have 10 lb of one formula in your cart.
Every step up in quantity lowers the price of each bag in that line. The 30 lb bulk bag starts where 12 small bags leave off, and drops from there.

Buying 60 lb or more? Message us before you check out. We do things for volume accounts that aren't on the site.
Waxing Kits, Waxing Supplies, Pre and Post Care and Wax Machines don't have a minimum. Your PRO price shows as soon as you're logged in.
Orders over $100 ship free, and 10 lb of wax already gets you there.
Every account starts at Bronze. As your lifetime spend with us grows, we move you up and your prices go down with it. Your tier discount comes on top of volume pricing, so the longer you stay and the more you buy, the better your price gets.
| Tier | Lifetime spend | PRO discount |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze PRO | up to $2,500 | 10% |
| Silver PRO | $2,500 to $5,500 | 12% |

| Platinum PRO | $8,500 to $11,500 | 16% |
| Titanium PRO | $11,500+ | 18% |
Subscriptions on a PRO account are set up by our team, not at checkout. Message us on the site chat, or reply to your approval text, and say:
"I have a PRO account and want to create my subscription."
Add the formula, how many pounds and how often you want it. We set it up for you at a better price than a one-time order, and that price stays locked on every shipment.
You're never locked in. Change the formula, the amount or how often it ships, move a shipment up or back, pause or cancel anytime. No hidden fees.
Message us on the site chat, reply to your approval text or email, or write to us on Instagram. Tell us what you see and we'll fix your account, or build the order for you.
